About the Guest

Naonori Yago

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1986, Naonori Yago graduated from Musashino Art University, specializing in visual communication design. He worked at the design firm Hakuhodo SIX before becoming independent in 2025 and founding his own design studio, Pangraphics. His works have won numerous international awards, including Tokyo ADC, D&AD, NY ADC, and the ONE SHOW. In 2023, he was awarded the New Designer Award from the Japan Graphic Designers Association (JAGDA).
Yago has served as the art director for various high-profile projects, including the logo, aircraft design, and uniforms for ZIPAIR, visual planning for Laforet Harajuku’s advertising, and visual design projects for the international cosmetics brand SENSAI (Kao Group). He has also worked as the art director for album covers for several musicians and artists and continues to publish personal art creations.

Publications
Yago’s work has been featured in design magazines such as novum (Germany), Package and Design Magazine (China), and COMMERCIAL PHOTO. His first monograph, Bazarro, was published by Seigensha.
